7 REASONS WHY YOU should pray especially for Israel

1. God has not finished with Israel God has not rejected His people whom He foreknew. (Rom11:2 RSV)
   You're my servant: 0 Israel, I will not forget you. Isa 44:21
   I will bring you back into your own land... I will give you a new heart and put my Spirit in you. (Ezek 36:24 ... 27

2. We have benefited from their fall
   'Through their trespass, salvation has come to the Gentiles. (Romans 11:11 AV

3. We have a continuing dependence upon the past, present and future of Israel
   Remember that it is not you that support the root, but the root that supports you. (Romans 11:17 RSV)

4. God loves Israel - Shouldn't you? They are (note: not "were") beloved for the sake of their fathers.

   'Israel I have loved you with an everlasting love. (Jermiah 31:1 .. 3 )

5. God calls us to show mercy to Israel
   That through your mercy they also may receive mercy. (Romans 11:31 RSV)

6. Greater blessing is promised the world through Israel
   For if-their rejection means the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance mean but life from the dead? (Romans 11:15)

7. Repeated exhortations to pray for Israel
   My hearts desire and prayer to God for Israel is that they might be saved. " (Romans 10 : l AV
